I’ve placed an online order. What happens after you receive it?
Within 24 hours of checkout, you’ll receive an email which confirms that we received your order. Your confirmation email confirms receipt of your order and gives you the order confirmation number.
The shipping notification is sent to you the instant your product is shipped and will give you your package tracking number and tracking information.
When I try to select my shipping option, I receive an error stating that option is not available to my address.
To make sure that all orders arrive in 1 to 3 business days or Same Day delivery, only certain states are eligible for ground shipping. If you choose Fed Ex ground and receive an error, you are outside the designated delivery zone. Please select a different shipping option. To view our shipping map, click here
Must I register with your site to place an order?
No, you don't need to register with SubziCart.com in order to make a purchase. At checkout simply choose “Guest Checkout” and you can proceed without becoming a member. SubziCart.com’s goal is to make the customer shopping experience friendly and quick. Registering as a member allows you to shop more easily with more customizable screens, preferential discounts on some products, eligibility of special offers etc. Our website will display products and services based on your shipping address and shopping location. For example, when you’re registered and logged in, our website will show accurate shipping times, shipping cost, and product availability based on your zip code. As a Registered Member, you will earn Rewards Points and receive more discounts by redeeming your Reward Points at check-out to reduce the cost of your products.
Registering also gives you a quick, secure checkout without having to enter your information with each order. As a Registered Member, you can also re-order from the previous purchases saved to your account, save multiple shipping addresses, easily use your gift cards, save favorite items, and more. Where can I purchase or use a SubziCart.com Gift Certificate?
SubziCart.com Gift Certificates can be purchased online or at your order checkout. Please note that gift cards purchased at any retail store can also be used on SubziCart.com. We accept a wide variety of payment cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

You may redeem your Gift Cards and Certificates online at SubziCart.com. Enter your Gift
Certificate Number on the Payment and Summary page as you check out to redeem your Gift Certificates.
What if I am not satisfied with the products I’ve received?
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot accept returns of food products. However, we aren't happy until you are! If something in your order isn’t up to your standards, please let
SubziCart.com know. We will work with you to correct the issue. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information regarding returns.
How are SubziCart.com products shipped?
We work hard to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. All perishables are shipped using dry ice and a polystyrene insulated cooler to make sure your frozen products stay frozen.
Fresh products are kept perfectly cool with gel packs.
What if I order frozen products as well as fresh products?
We prefer not to ship fresh and frozen together. If the order is large enough we will separate it into a frozen box and a fresh box. If not, we will use dry ice for the whole order. If you prefer not to have your order frozen, please call our customer support department to discuss your shipping options.
What shipping methods are available for me?
We offer three shipping methods: same-day delivery in some locations, FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air. We guarantee your products will arrive the same day or within a 1-3 business day delivery window. At checkout, simply choose the shipping method you prefer.
