Returns Policy
You may return most new non-food products, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In case of special circumstances, we may consider cancelling an order at our discretion. As a policy, we offer complete store credit for cancelled orders. If a refund is requested, a 3% charge will be deducted as gateway charges.
Shipping Policy
We ship to any address in the United States of America. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products may not be eligible for certain destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based or volume-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page. In some cases, based on the shipper’s rules, products are considered shipping weight rather than absolute weight. For example, puffed rice weighs less but has high volume, so volume may be converted to weight by the shipping company and the price may vary from the actual shipping cost estimated. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Why do we ask for your ZIP code when you visit SubziCart.com? When you provide your ZIP code, our system can understand your location and prepare the backend process for frozen shipping, shipping distance, shipping rates, and related logistics.
Product Types
1) Dry Goods: This includes all dry goods except rice items with more than 8 LB.
2) Frozen and Perishables. This includes products from the below three categories:

Restrictions for Frozen Products and Fresh Produce: We do not ship frozen products and fresh produce to all locations in the USA. Because of this, our system asks for the customer shipping ZIP code when landing on frozen/fresh product pages. Based on the provided ZIP code, it will enable browsing and add-to-cart options. If your pages are watermarked, shipping is not available to that ZIP code.
Please note that the below shipping rules are applicable for the following states - PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, DE, MD, DC, VA.
Same Day Delivery & In-store Pickup
At this point in time, SubziCart.com does not offer same-day delivery and in-store pickup options. We are working on this model and planned to announce it in Q1 2024.
How Shipping Rates Are Calculated
- 1. Dry Goods – If the order value of dry goods is over $120 and weight is up to 30 LB, we offer free shipping.
Example: Order value is $130 and weight is 30 LB or less, so you receive free shipping.
- 2. Dry Goods – If the order value is over $120 and the order weighs over 30 LB, you will be charged $0.50 per pound over 30 LB.
Example: Order value is $130 and weight is 35 LB, so the additional shipping charge is $0.50 × 5 LB = $2.50.
- 3. Dry Goods – Order value below $120, up to 9 LB: flat rate shipping of $5.99.
Example: Order value is $50 and weight is 5 LB, so shipping is $5.99.
- 4. Dry Goods – Order value below $120, up to 18 LB: flat rate shipping of $9.99.
Example: Order value is $50 and weight is 14 LB, so shipping is $9.99.
- 5. Dry Goods – Order value below $120, up to 30 LB: $9.99 + $0.80 per LB over 18 LB.
Example: Order value is $80 and weight is 25 LB, so shipping is $9.99 + (7 × $0.80) = $15.59.
- 6. Dry Goods – Order value below $120, above 30 LB: $19.99 + $0.50 per LB over 30 LB.
Example: Order value is $80 and weight is 50 LB, so shipping is $19.99 + (20 × $0.50) = $29.99.

- 8. Bulk rice/atta/oils items: These items are charged at $0.70/LB.
Example: Shipping cost of a 20 LB rice bag would be 20 × $0.70 = $14.
- Please note that frozen and perishables require special packaging, temperature control, and freshness handling so that the products arrive safely and in good condition.
- Promotional Free and Discounted Shipping: Sometimes bulk rice/atta/oil and some special products are offered free or discounted shipping ($3 or $5). Look for free or discounted shipping tags on these products and take advantage of the offers. Please note these prices are available in the following states (PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, DE, MD, DC, VA). Regular shipping prices are applicable for all other states.
