I’ve placed an online order. What happens after you receive it?

Within 24 hours of checkout, you’ll receive an email which confirms that we received your order. Your confirmation email confirms receipt of your order and gives you the order confirmation number.

The shipping notification is sent to you the instant your product is shipped and will give you your package tracking number and tracking information.

When I try to select my shipping option, I receive an error stating that option is not available to my address.

To make sure that all orders arrive in 1 to 3 business days or same-day delivery, only certain states are eligible for ground shipping. If you choose FedEx Ground and receive an error, you are outside the designated delivery zone. Please select a different shipping option. To view our shipping map, click here.

Must I register with your site to place an order?

No, you don't need to register with SubziCart.com in order to make a purchase. At checkout simply choose “Guest Checkout” and proceed without becoming a member.

Registering allows you to shop more easily, get discounts, earn reward points, save addresses, re-order quickly, and see accurate shipping costs based on your location.

I don't want to provide my credit card information over the Internet. Can I still place an order?

Yes, you can check out without entering your credit card information. SubziCart.com uses the latest security technology to protect your data.

Where can I purchase or use a SubziCart.com Gift Certificate?

Gift Certificates can be purchased online or during checkout. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I use Food Stamps for purchasing groceries?

We are working with government agencies to accept food stamps in the future. Stay tuned for updates.

How can I redeem my Gift Card or Certificate?

Enter your Gift Certificate Number on the Payment and Summary page during checkout.

What if I am not satisfied with the products I’ve received?

Due to COVID-19, we cannot accept returns of food products. However, if you're not satisfied, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

How are products shipped?

Perishables are shipped with dry ice and insulated packaging. Fresh items are kept cool with gel packs.

What if I order frozen and fresh products together?

We usually separate frozen and fresh items. If needed, we use dry ice for the entire order.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer same-day delivery (selected areas), FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air.
